Our founder and managing partner Harold Hance has been active in the direct response marketing industry for well over a decade and his experience belies his youthful appearance.

He is a confirmed believer that hands on ownership means the difference between a mediocre company and highly successful one. Harold spends his days working with and beside his employees at Mountain Valley Integrated Solutions. He has been an owner and the Managing Partner at MVIS since 2003.

Prior to that he learned the ropes of the direct response business through real world experience at such companies as Beacon Teleservices, DMI and Goldshield where he served in various positions such as Director of Campaign Management, Director of Training and Sales Process Developer.

Harold's first love is training and he insists on an active role in training all new hires at MVIS to ensure that the finished agent will meet our exacting standards.

In recognition of this drive for excellence, Harold was named Small Business Person of the Year in 2008 and inducted to the Small Business Hall of Fame in 2010. Harold has traveled the world consulting on call center launches and direct response training issues. In 2012 he was instrumental in assisting the American Heart Association Northeastern NY in achieving their highest level of fundraising ever. In recognition of that he was named Chairman of the 2013 AHA Northeastern NY campaign committee.
