History

Mountain Valley Integrated Solutions began in 2003 with one client - a client, by the way, who stayed with us for more than 10 years until they lifecycle of the campaign completed and they decided to discontinue selling the product.

Founder Harold Hance spent many years in the call center industry rising through the ranks to a senior management level. By 2002, having grown weary of frequent leadership changes at the center he was working in, he decided to strike out on his own, convinced he could do it better.

And he has succeeded, taking MVIS from 40 employees to 160 employees. And we're still growing! Harold moved the call center Ausable, New York to Plattsburgh, New York, in 2005 to capitalize on an untapped and highly skilled employee market in the North Country. The move paid off. In an industry where it's common for call center jobs to experience 100% turnover within two years, nearly a quarter of our work force has been with us for 5 years or more.

Due to continued growth, MVIS moved the call center to its own space, built to our specifications in a beautiful location in Plattsburgh near Lake Champlain. Since we moved to the new space in 2008, we have expanded the location, doubling its size.

Our loyal and experienced agents are the key to our success, allowing us to offer our clients one of the most qualified direct marketing sales teams in the world.
